Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest odbieranie, transport i zagospodarowanie poprzez odzysk lub unieszkodliwienie, wskazanych w opisie zamówienia, odpadów komunalnych z nieruchomości zamieszkałych położonych na terenie Gminy Słubice oraz z Punktu Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych (zwanego dalej: PSZOK), w sposób zapewniający osiągnięcie odpowiednich poziomów recyklingu, przygotowania do ponownego użycia i odzysku innymi metodami oraz ograniczenie masy odpadów komunalnych ulegających biodegradacji przekazywanych do składowania, zgodnie z zapisami ustawy z dnia 13 września 1996 r. o utrzymaniu czystości i porządku w gminach (Dz. U. z 2025 r. poz. 733) - dalej jako u.u.c.p.g. i zapisami Planu gospodarki odpadami dla województwa mazowieckiego. Przedmiotem zamówienia nie jest objęte odbieranie i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych z terenu gminy z nieruchomości niezamieszkałych. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ - Opis przedmiotu zamówienia.
