Description

Postępowanie o udzielenie zamówienia klasycznego o wartości większej niż progi unijne w trybie przetargu nieograniczonego na podstawie art. 132 ustawy Pzp, prowadzonego przy użyciu środków komunikacji elektronicznej. Zamawiający przewiduje zastosowanie tzw. procedury odwróconej, o której mowa w art.139 ust. 1 ustawy Pzp, tj. Zamawiający najpierw dokona badania i oceny ofert, a następnie dokona kwalifikacji podmiotowej Wykonawcy, którego oferta została najwyżej oceniona, w zakresie braku podstaw wykluczenia oraz spełniania warunków udziału w postępowaniu. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usług w okresie od 01 stycznia 2027 do 31 grudnia 2027 w zakresie: a. Odbioru i zagospodarowania odpadów komunalnych powstających na terenie nieruchomości zamieszkałych oraz nieruchomości, na których znajdują się domki letniskowe i inne nieruchomości wykorzystywane na cele rekreacyjno- wypoczynkowe położone na obszarze gminy Istebna. b. Odbioru i zagospodarowania odpadów komunalnych z gminnego Punktu Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych
