Przedmiotem Zamówienia są usługi przewozu węgla kamiennego, mączki wapiennej oraz kamienia wapiennego transportem kolejowym dla Oddziałów Zamawiającego, opisane w Załączniku do Informacji o ustanowieniu DSZ 2. Zamawiający zastrzega, że opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia stanowiący Załącznik do Informacji o ustanowieniu DSZ oraz Projektowane postanowienia Umowy stanowiące Załącznik do Informacji o DSZ mają charakter wstępny, a określone w nich wymagania mogą ulec zmianie. Ostateczne wymagania Zamawiającego dotyczące opisu przedmiotu oraz zasad realizacji danego Zamówienia Wykonawczego zostaną określone w SWZ, przekazywanej w ramach danego Zamówienia Wykonawczego. . 3. Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo do dokonania w ramach Postępowań Wykonawczych podziału Przedmiotu Zamówienia na Części, z jednoczesnym określeniem maksymalnej liczby Części, które mogą zostać udzielone jednemu Wykonawcy Przedmiotem Zamówienia jest wykonanie usługi przewozu węgla kamiennego , mączki wapiennej oraz kamienia wapiennego transportem kolejowym dla Oddziałów Zamawiającego opisane w Załączniku do Informacji o ustanowieniu DSZ
