Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia jest kompleksowe świadczenie usługi sprzątania, czyli wykonania wszystkich czynności związanych z szeroko rozumianym pojęciem utrzymania porządku i czystości w obiekcie i na przyległym terenie wokół PGE Narodowego w Warszawie, a ponadto na obszarze w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie w/w budynku wielofunkcyjnego. Usługa wykonywana będzie również na powierzchniach wynajmowanych przez PL.2012+ najemcom krótko i długookresowym, w tym w szczególności przeznaczonych do celów organizacji konferencji, wynajmu powierzchni biurowych i innych powierzchni komercyjnych, garażowych, ciągach komunikacyjnych i innych wskazanych przez Zamawiającego powierzchniach oraz na wspomnianych wyżej terenach zewnętrznych utwardzonych i zielonych w ramach sprzątania bieżącego, podczas wydarzeń stadionowych oraz po ich zakończeniu.
