Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa sprzątania obiektów Rejonu i obiektów zaplecza technicznego RD Szamotuły przy ul. Nowowiejskiego 6 i Obornickiej 63 oraz pomieszczeń PE Szamotuły, PE Oborniki, PE Pniewy, PE Tarnowo Podgórne, PE Sieraków. 2. Nie dopuszcza się składania ofert wariantowych. 3. Zamawiający nie dopuszcza możliwości składania ofert częściowych. Złożona oferta musi obejmować całość przedmiotu zamówienia. 4. Zgodnie z zapisem art. 95 ust. 1 ustawy Pzp, Zamawiający wymaga, aby osoby wykonujące czynności składające się na usługę sprzątania, podczas realizacji zamówienia, zatrudnione były na podstawie umowy o pracę w całym okresie realizacji zamówienia jeżeli wykonanie tych czynności polega na wykonywaniu pracy w sposób określony w art. 22 § 1 ustawy z dnia 26 czerwca 1974 r. - Kodeks pracy. Szczegółowe zasady zatrudnienia określa wzór umowy - Załącznik nr 5 do SWZ. Wymóg zatrudnienia wskazanych powyżej osób na umowę o pracę dotyczy zarówno Wykonawcy, jak i podwykonawców, biorących udział w realizacji zamówienia. Ciężar udowodnienia spełnienia tego wymogu spoczywać będzie na Wykonawcy. 5. Zamawiający zaleca przeprowadzenie wizji lokalnej w celu szczegółowego zapoznania się z miejscem realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia. Wniosek o przeprowadzenie wizji lokalnej należy przesłać na adres e-mail: katarzyna.sobczak@operator.enea.pl Przedmiotem zamówienia jest Usługa sprzątania obiektów Rejonu i obiektów zaplecza technicznego RD Szamotuły przy ul.
