Description

1.Przedmiotem zamówienia jest modernizacja Systemu E-logbook wynikająca ze zmiany Rozporządzenia Kontrolnego 1224/2009 oraz przypisanego mu rozporządzenia wykonawczego. Państwa członkowskie UE zobligowane są do utworzenia i prowadzenia centrów monitorowania rybołówstwa, których głównym zadaniem jest monitorowanie działalności połowowej i wdrożenie odpowiednich systemów kontroli umożliwiających właściwy nadzór nad prawidłowym wykonywaniem rybołówstwa. Administracja rybacka korzysta z wielu programów umożliwiających realizacje ww. celów, jednak kluczowym jest oprogramowanie elektronicznego dziennika połowowego „Systemu e-logbook”. Ww. systemie zawarte są wszystkie dane dotyczące rejestru statków rybackich, ewidencji połowów, walidacji danych, przydziałów kwot połowowych, rejestru naruszeń itp. Modernizacja systemu obejmuje koszty prac rozwojowych, wprowadzenia wymaganych modyfikacji oprogramowania, wprowadzanie zmian programu komputerowego po jego uruchomieniu w środowisku klienta. Najczęściej ma ona na celu zmianę jego cech użytkowych, systemowych oraz wydajnościowych. 2.Przedmiot zamówienia zostanie zrealizowany w ramach 2035 roboczogodzin.
