Zamówienie podzielono na dwie części, stanowiące odrębne zamówienia: CZĘŚĆ I: przygotowywanie i wydawanie posiłków (dwudaniowych obiadów) w placówkach gastronomicznych wyznaczonych na terenie Miasta Poznania na podstawie dokumentu (karta PEKA); planowana roczna ilość posiłków - 55 646. Szczegółowy opis warunków realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia określony został we wzorze umowy na Część I, stanowiącym załącznik nr 14 do SWZ. CZĘŚĆ II: przygotowywanie i dostarczanie posiłków (dwudaniowych obiadów) do miejsca zamieszkania, planowana roczna ilość posiłków - 214 165. Szczegółowy opis warunków realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia określony został we wzorze umowy na Część II, stanowiącym załącznik nr 15 do SWZ.
