1) Przedmiotem zamówienia jest przyjęcie ustaleń w zakresie dostarczania w modelu wysokiej dostępności, bezpiecznych i funkcjonalnych usług publicznych w celu rozwoju społeczeństwa informacyjnego w Mieście Poznaniu poprzez: a) prace rozwojowe w zakresie opracowania i wdrożenia Platformy, b) utrzymanie i doskonalenie Platformy, w tym sukcesywna rozbudowa katalogu świadczonych z jej wykorzystaniem Usług. 2) Instytut będzie realizował Przedmiot Umowy wyłącznie poprzez działania własne bez udziału podwykonawców. 3) Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia znajduje się we wzorze umowy wraz z załącznikami, stanowiącym załącznik nr 5 do SWZ.
