Description

Przedmiotem Zamówienia jest opracowanie koncepcji przedprojektowej pn. „Koncepcja architektonicznoprzestrzenna budowy nowego dworca kolejowego Poznań Główny wraz z zagospodarowaniem terenu przyległego”. Całość przedmiotu zamówienia obejmuje wykonanie następujących elementów: 1) Zakres podstawowy: opracowanie koncepcji architektonicznoprzestrzennej dla: nowego budynku dworca na stacji Poznań Główny, wraz z reprezentacyjnym nowym Placem Dworcowym, zabudowy towarzyszącej oraz infrastruktury przyległej, zagospodarowania obszaru płyty transferowej, ul. Dworcowej oraz Mostu Dworcowego, powiązań funkcjonalnych z planowanymi rozwiązaniami infrastruktury kolejowej w Projekcie dla Poznańskiego Węzła Kolejowego (projekt komplementarny pn. „Dokumentacja projektowa dla Poznańskiego Węzła Kolejowego”), rozwiązań układu komunikacyjnego obejmującego transport zbiorowy i drogi. Na Zakres podstawowy Zamówienia składają się: Faza I - Identyfikacja otoczenia i definicja założeń, Faza II - Badania funkcjonalnoruchowe wraz z opracowaniem programu funkcjonalnego, Faza III - Koncepcja architektonicznoprzestrzenna; 2) Prawo Opcji nr 1 (Faza IV) - obejmujące opracowanie dodatkowego wariantu koncepcyjnego nowego dworca kolejowego Poznań Główny wraz z zagospodarowaniem terenu przyległego; 3) Prawo Opcji nr 2 (Faza V) - obejmujące dostarczenie materiałów przetargowych na dalsze Stadia Dokumentacji lub realizację robót. Szczegółowy Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia znajduje się w Tomie III SWZ (OPZ).
