Zakres zamówienia obejmuje: 1. Część 1 - Zakup usług rozbudowy systemu informacji przestrzennej oraz opracowania API, w ramach projektu "Rozwój i rozbudowa e-usług oraz wzmocnienie cyberbezpieczeństwa” współfinansowanego ze środków Europejskiego Funduszu Rozwoju Regionalnego w ramach Programu Fundusze Europejskie dla Lubelskiego 2021-2027, Działanie 2.2 Cyfrowe Lubelskie w ramach Zintegrowanych Inwestycji Terytorialnych Miejskich Obszarów Funkcjonalnych, nr FELU.02.02-IZ.00-0001/24, w tym: 1.1. Etap 1: przygotowanie, wdrożenie i uruchomienie mechanizmów udostępniania danych z posiadanych baz referencyjnych Zamawiającego, poprzedzone przeprowadzeniem analizy przedwdrożeniowej w tym zakresie, obejmujące: a) mechanizmy udostępniania danych API, b) implementacja do narzędzia CKAN, c) narzędzia do prezentacji danych ISP. 1.2. Etap 2: dostarczenie, wdrożenie i uruchomienie usług rozbudowy systemu informacji przestrzennej, poprzedzone przeprowadzeniem analizy przedwdrożeniowej w tym zakresie, obejmujące: a) Moduł Geoportalu Miejskiego, b) Moduł Raportowy, c) Moduł Rejestrowy. 2. Część 2- Inwentaryzacja terenów publicznych,w formie bazy danych, dla wskazanych obszarów Miasta Lublin w ramach projektu "Rozwój i rozbudowa e-usług oraz wzmocnienie cyberbezpieczeństwa” współfinansowanego ze środków Europejskiego Funduszu Rozwoju Regionalnego w ramach Programu Fundusze Europejskie dla Lubelskiego 2021-2027, Działanie 2.2 Cyfrowe Lubelskie w ramach Zintegrowanych Inwestycji Terytorialnych Miejskich Obszarów Funkcjonalnych, nr FELU.02.02-IZ.00-0001/24 w tym: 2.1. Wykonanie inwentaryzacji terenów publicznych, w formie bazy danych, zawierającej: a) szczegółowy wykaz ciągów komunikacyjnych i innych elementów powierzchniowych; b) szczegółowy wykaz elementów infrastruktury technicznej; c) szczegółowy wykaz elementów małej architektury; d) inwentaryzację niskiej zieleni; e) digitalizację projektów zieleni.
