Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie kompleksowych prac geodezyjnych polegających na aktualizacji i uzupełnieniu danych budynków, lokali i gruntów, na których usytuowane są budynki oraz opracowanie dokumentacji technicznej wraz z aktualizacją bazy danych ewidencji gruntów i budynków w wybranych obrębach ewidencyjnych gminy Dąbie przy czym kluczowym elementem zamówienia jest weryfikacja zgodności danych ewidencyjnych ze stanem faktycznym w terenie oraz dokumentacją źródłową, w szczególności w zakresie położenia budynków, ich funkcji oraz użytków gruntowych. Zamawiający podzielił przedmiot zamówienia na cztery części: Część 1 - obr. ewid. Dąbki gmina Dąbie Część 2 - obr. ewid. Szczawno gmina Dąbie Część 3 - obr. ewid. Nowy Zagór gmina Dąbie Część 4 - obr. ewid. Stary Zagór gmina Dąbie Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi załącznik nr 1 do SWZ . Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie kompleksowych prac geodezyjnych polegających na aktualizacji i uzupełnieniu danych budynków, lokali i gruntów, na których usytuowane są budynki oraz opracowanie dokumentacji technicznej wraz z aktualizacją bazy danych ewidencji gruntów i budynków przy czym kluczowym elementem zamówienia jest weryfikacja zgodności danych ewidencyjnych ze stanem faktycznym w terenie oraz dokumentacją źródłową, w szczególności w zakresie położenia budynków, ich funkcji oraz użytków gruntowych.
