Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie pracy geodezyjnej dotyczącej modernizacji ewidencji gruntów i budynków dla obrębu ewidencyjnego Pław gmina Dąbie, w celu poprawy jakości i aktualności bazy EGiB wraz z doprowadzeniem tej bazy do zgodności z pojęciowym modelem danych EGiB, określonym w rozporządzeniu ws. ewidencji gruntów i budynków oraz uzupełnieniem zbiorów ewidencji o brakujące dane, w szczególności o dane dotyczące punktów granicznych, budynków i użytków gruntowych oraz modyfikacja i dostosowanie danych ewidencyjnych niespełniających obowiązujące standardy techniczne. Zatem praca modernizacji ma na celu poprawę jakości danych ewidencyjnych polegająca na doprowadzeniu do zgodności części opisowej i graficznej operatu ewidencji gruntów i budynków oraz wprowadzenie do systemu teleinformatycznego GEO-INFO Starosty utworzonych przez Wykonawcę zbiorów danych EGiB. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi załącznik nr 1 do SWZ - Projekt modernizacji ewidencji gruntów i budynków oraz załącznik nr 2 do SWZ - Warunki techniczne do projektu modernizacji ewidencji gruntów i budynków. Projekt pn. „Cyfryzacja powiatowych baz danych EGIB” realizowany z Europejskiego Funduszu Rozwoju Regionalnego w ramach Programu Fundusze Europejskie dla Lubuskiego 2021-2027, Priorytetu 1 „Fundusze europejskie dla lubuskiej gospodarki”, Działanie 1.9 „Cyfrowe lubuskie - IIT”
