Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostarczenie przez Wykonawcę na rzecz Zamawiającego zakopertowanego „Poradnika bezpieczeństwa” wraz listem do oddawczych skrzynek pocztowych w rozumieniu ustawy z dnia 23 listopada 2012 r. Prawo pocztowe (Dz.U. z 2025 r. poz. 366, z późn. zm.), w podziale na 2 części. Szczegółowy zakres i przedmiot części zamówienia określa Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia, zwany dalej „OPZ”, stanowiący załącznik nr 1 do projektu Umowy (załącznik nr 1a do SWZ dla CZĘŚCI 1 i załącznik nr 1b do SWZ dla CZĘŚCI 2). Przedmiot zamówienia należy zrealizować zgodnie z projektem Umowy, w tym OPZ. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostarczenie przez Wykonawcę na rzecz Zamawiającego 2 000 000 (słownie: dwóch milionów) zakopertowanego „Poradnika bezpieczeństwa” wraz listem do oddawczych skrzynek pocztowych w rozumieniu ustawy z dnia 23 listopada 2012 r. Prawo pocztowe (Dz.U. z 2025 r. poz. 366, z późn. zm.). Przedmiot zamówienia należy zrealizować zgodnie z projektem Umowy (załącznik nr 1a do SWZ), w tym z Opisem Przedmiotu Zamówienia (załącznik nr 1 do projektu Umowy).; Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostarczenie przez Wykonawcę na rzecz Zamawiającego 14 800 000 (słownie: czternaście milionów osiemset) zakopertowanego „Poradnika bezpieczeństwa” wraz listem do oddawczych skrzynek pocztowych w rozumieniu ustawy z dnia 23 listopada 2012 r. Prawo pocztowe (Dz.U. z 2025 r. poz. 366, z późn. zm.). Przedmiot zamówienia należy zrealizować zgodnie z projektem Umowy (załącznik nr 1b do SWZ), w tym z Opisem Przedmiotu Zamówienia (załącznik nr 1 do projektu Umowy).
