1) 1) Przedmiotem zamówienia dostarczenie kompleksowego rozwiązania informatycznego, przeznaczonego do replikowania oraz testowego uruchamiania w chmurze systemów HIS, LIS oraz ERP firmy Asseco., zgodnie z Opisem przedmiotu zamówienia, stanowiącym Załącznik nr 2 do umowy. 2) Przedmiot zamówienia jest współfinansowany ze środków programu: Krajowy Plan Odbudowy i Zwiększania Odporności w ramach komponentu Inwestycja D1.1.2 „Przyspieszenie procesów transformacji cyfrowej ochrony zdrowia poprzez dalszy rozwój usług cyfrowych w ochronie zdrowia” będąca elementem komponentu D „Efektywność, dostępność i jakość systemu ochrony zdrowia” (Nabór nr KPOD.07.03-IP.10-001/25) 3) Szczegółowy opis warunków realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia określony został we wzorze umowy, stanowiącym Załącznik nr 8 do SWZ.
