Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest rozszerzenie (rozbudowa) funkcjonalności systemu walidacyjno-sprawozdawczego SERIS (Statistics, Economics and Route Charges Information System) („System” lub System SERIS”), zainstalowanego w siedzibie Zamawiającego w Warszawie, ul. Wieżowa 8. Celem zamówienia jest dostosowanie systemu do zmieniających się potrzeb organizacyjnych oraz operacyjnych, poprzez rozbudowę wybranych modułów, dodanie nowych funkcjonalności oraz usprawnienie procesów realizowanych w systemie. Planowane rozszerzenia mają na celu zwiększenie efektywności pracy użytkowników, poprawę ergonomii oraz zapewnienie zgodności z obowiązującymi standardami technologicznymi i wymaganiami bezpieczeństwa. Wszystkie funkcjonalności objęte zakresem realizacji modernizacji będą opracowywane i konfigurowane w siedzibie Dostawcy. Instalacja oraz uruchomienie systemu po stronie Zamawiającego zostaną przeprowadzone zdalnie, z wykorzystaniem bezpiecznego połączenia zdalnego, zapewniającego odpowiedni poziom ochrony danych oraz integralność procesu wdrożeniowego.
