The contracting authority seeks an ecohydrological expert study on raising and stabilising the water level of Lake Luknajno in Poland. The study must provide a clear, data-based answer on the feasibility of raising the water level and compare variants, including assessment of environmental and legal consequences. The contractor carries out all necessary field work, measurements and obtains data, documents and permits at its own cost, unless the terms of reference state otherwise. The fee covers all costs, including data, travel, taxes, insurance and copyright. Detailed scope follows the terms of reference, annex 1.
