Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi z zakresu gospodarki leśnej zgodnie z określeniem w art. 6 ust. 1 pkt 1 ustawy z dnia 28 września 1991 r. o lasach (tekst jedn.: Dz. U. z 2025 r. poz. 567) - „Ustawa o lasach”, obejmujące prace z zakresu gospodarki szkółkarskiej do wykonania na terenie Nadleśnictwa Spychowo, na terenie szkółki leśnej Piasutno w latach 2026-2028. Szczegółowy zakres prac zawarty jest w dokumentach zamówienia (Specyfikacja Warunków Zamówienia i jej załącznikach) 1) Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi z zakresu gospodarki leśnej zgodnie z określeniem w art. 6 ust. 1 pkt 1 ustawy z dnia 28 września 1991 r. o lasach (tekst jedn.: Dz. U. z 2025 r. poz. 567) - „Ustawa o lasach”, obejmujące prace z zakresu gospodarki szkółkarskiej do wykonania na terenie Nadleśnictwa Spychowo, na terenie szkółki leśnej Piasutno w latach 2026-2028. 2) Zakres rzeczowy przedmiotu zamówienia obejmuje sumaryczne ilości prac z gospodarki szkółkarskiej wynikające z Załącznika nr 2 do SWZ, na który składają się: Załącznik nr 2.1. do SWZ - planowany rozmiar prac; Załącznik nr 2.2. do SWZ - szczegółowy rozmiar prac według grup czynności, czynności i lokalizacji. 3) Załącznik nr 2.2 dotyczy pierwszego roku realizacji zamówienia z zastrzeżeniem, że kolejne lata nie będą w istotny sposób odbiegały od przedstawionych charakterystyk, a załącznik 2.1 dotyczy całego zamówienia. 4) Standardy jakościowe odnoszące się do wszystkich istotnych cech przedmiotu zamówienia określa Załącznik nr 3 do SWZ, na który składają się: Załącznik nr 3.1. Opis standardu technologii wykonawstwa prac z zakresu gospodarki szkółkarskiej Załącznik nr 3.2. Tabela Parametrów.
