Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest leasing operacyjny pojazdu specjalistycznego do czyszczenia kanalizacji z odzyskiem wody. Marka i model samochodu: Podwozie SCANIA G450 B 6x2-4NA, Moc 450 KM, kabina typu G trzymiejscowa, rok produkcji 2026. Zamawiający oświadcza, że zawarł ze Zbywcą pojazdu - KANRO LTD Sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Fastach przy ul. Szosa Knyszyńska 89, 15-690 Białystok w dniu 15.04.2025 r. umowę w przedmiocie nabycia tego pojazdu, w oparciu o postępowanie prowadzone na podstawie przepisów ustawy z dnia 11 września 2019 r. Prawo zamówień publicznych. Leasing operacyjny w rozumieniu ustawy o podatku dochodowym od osób prawnych z opcją wykupu zostanie udzielony w walucie złoty polski (PLN) na okres 5 lat (60 m-cy).
