Description

1. Przedmiot zamówienia został szczegółowo opisany w: 1) Opisie przedmiotu zamówienia stanowiącym załącznik nr 1 do SWZ (dalej: „OPZ”); 2) Istotnych postanowieniach umownych stanowiących załącznik nr 3 do SWZ (dalej: „IPU”). 2. Zamawiający opisując przedmiot zamówienia posłużył się następującymi kodami oraz nazwami określonymi we Wspólnym Słowniku Zamówień (CPV): 66114000-2 Usługi leasingu operacyjnego 43212000-2 Spycharki skośne 34138000-3 Drogowe pojazdy gąsienicowe 43300000-6 Maszyny i sprzęt budowlany 3. Ubezpieczenie przedmiotu zamówienia leży po stronie Zamawiającego. 4. Zamawiający informuje, że przedmiot leasingu zostanie ubezpieczony zgodnie ze standardami rynkowymi w zakresie: a) specjalistycznego ubezpieczenia maszyn budowlanych, gdzie zakresem będą objęte wszelkie szkody polegające na utracie przedmiotu ubezpieczenia, jego uszkodzeniu lub zniszczeniu wskutek nagłej, nieprzewidzianej i niezależnej od ubezpieczającego przyczyny (CASCO MASZYN CPM). b) obowiązkowego ubezpieczenia Odpowiedzialności Cywilnej posiadaczy pojazdów mechanicznych (OC ppm). 5. Zamawiający potwierdza wskazanie w zawartych umowach ubezpieczenia jako Ubezpieczonego, Finansującego będącego właścicielem pojazdu.
