Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie okresowej kontroli obiektu w roku 2026 oraz 2027, polegającej na sprawdzeniu stanu technicznego przewodów kominowych w budynkach zarządzanych przez Zarząd Zasobu Komunalnego we Wrocławiu. Okresowa kontrola przewodów obiektów budowlanych, polegająca na sprawdzeniu stanu technicznego przewodów kominowych (dymowych, spalinowych i wentylacyjnych), wykonywana jest zgodnie z art. 62 ust. 1 pkt 1) ppkt c) ustawy z dnia 7 lipca 1994 r. Prawo budowlane. W ramach przedmiotu zamówienia Wykonawca odpowiedzialny będzie za wykonanie kontroli w lokalach/budynkach oraz przygotowanie i przekazanie Zamawiającemu wszystkich dokumentów związanych z wykonaną kontrolą.
