Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie okresowych 5-letnich kontroli obiektów budowalnych - wałów przeciwpowodziowych i jazów, polegających na ocenie stanu technicznego , bezpieczeństwa i przydatności do użytkowania obiektów budowlanych wraz z urządzeniami integralnie z nimi związanymi, a także ocenie estetyki obiektów budowlanych oraz ich otoczenia . Wały i jazy znajdują się na terenie działania Nadzoru Wodnego w Lubsku. Ocena stanu technicznego obiektów hydrotechnicznych powinna być opracowana zgodnie z zasadami wiedzy technicznej, wymaganiami technicznymi i obowiązującymi przepisami prawnymi w szczególności: ustawa z dnia 07 lipca 1994 r. - Prawo budowlane, ustawa z dnia 20 lipca 2017 r. - Prawo wodne. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera Załącznik Nr 2 do SWZ
