Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: Patrolowanie dróg, działania interwencyjne w tym usuwanie skutków zdarzeń drogowych, zbieranie martwych zwierząt, naprawy i działania bieżące na drogach krajowych Rejonu GDDKiA w Nysie w okresie 33 miesięcy. Zakres zamówienia obejmuje wykonywanie prac i usług bieżącego utrzymania dróg krajowych w zakresie patrolowania dróg, prowadzenia działań interwencyjnych, w tym usuwanie skutków zdarzeń drogowych, zbieranie martwych zwierząt, napraw i działań bieżących, itp. na drogach krajowych w utrzymaniu Rejonu GDDKiA w Nysie. Zamówienie obejmuje odcinki dróg na dzień ogłoszenia o nr 38, 38a, 40, 40a, 40b, 40c, 41, 41a, 41b, 45, 46, 46c, 46i, 46g i 46k, a także inne drogi lub zmiany przebiegu, które będą w administracji Rejonu w trakcie trwania umowy. W przypadku konieczności usuwania nagłych zdarzeń zamówienie obejmuje również drogi innych Rejonów, na polecenie Dyrektora Oddziału, wg zasad określonych w umowie. Polecenie Dyrektora Oddziału w przypadkach kryzysowych może być wydane ustnie, telefonicznie lub mailowo, a następnie potwierdzone pisemnie.
