1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: Przegląd budowli hydrotechnicznych Kanału Augustowskiego. 2. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie usługi polegającej na przeprowadzeniu okresowej kontroli stanu technicznego i stanu bezpieczeństwa obiektów hydrotechnicznych zlokalizowanych na kanale Augustowskim w oparciu o Art. 62 ust.1, pkt 1 i 2 ustawy z dnia 7 lipca 1994r. Prawo budowlane (tj. Dz. U. z 2025r. poz.418 ze zm.) tj: okresowej kontroli, co najmniej raz w roku polegającej na sprawdzeniu stanu technicznego obiektu budowlanego oraz okresowej kontroli, co najmniej raz na 5 lat, polegającej na sprawdzeniu stanu technicznego i przydatności do użytkowania obiektu budowlanego, estetyki obiektu budowlanego oraz jego otoczenia. 3.Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera Załącznik nr 4 do SWZ.
