Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie aktualizacji bazy danych ewidencji gruntów i budynków (EGiB) dla obrębów: Chełmek i Libiąż Wielki w jednostki ewidencyjnej Chełmek - miasto. Podstawowym źródłem danych ewidencyjnych dla niniejszego opracowania będą wyniki analizy danych cyfrowych oraz dokumentacji geodezyjno-prawnej, oględziny i terenowa weryfikacja danych wraz z pomiarem geodezyjnym. Zamawiający dopuszcza zastosowanie wszystkich rodzajów pomiarów geodezyjnych adekwatnych do grupy dokładnościowej mierzonych szczegółów terenowych, w tym geodezyjnych pomiarów fotogrametrycznych, geodezyjnych pomiarów kartometrycznych i geodezyjnych pomiarów terenowych. Zgodnie z zasadami Programu FEM Wykonawca jest zobowiązany wykonać geodezyjne pomiary terenowe na etapie przed przystąpieniem do prac zasadniczych, jeżeli okażą się niezbędne do wykonania prac obejmujących przetworzenie do postaci cyfrowej i udostępnienie danych EGiB, przy zachowaniu standardów technicznych wynikających z obowiązujących przepisów prawa. Szczegółowy Opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowią Warunki techniczne (załącznik nr 12 do SWZ).
