Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest opracowanie numerycznej obiektywnej mapy EGiB wraz z weryfikacją terenową budynków, ich pomiarem sytuacyjnym oraz dostosowaniem danych ewidencyjnych do obowiązującego PMD dla obrębu Szczucin - obszar wiejski. 2. Zakres prac został podzielony na dwa etapy: 1) Etap 1: a) pozyskanie danych z PODGiK, b) analiza danych cyfrowych i dokumentacji geodezyjno-prawnej, c) dostosowanie klas bonitacyjnych i użytkowników gruntowych, d) korekta RWM EGiB e) opracowanie wyników prac oraz uzupełninie RBD, f) wprowadzenie wyników prac do Kopii BDPZGiK i BDPZGiK, g) kontrola opracowania i odbiór prac Etapu 1 2) Etap 2: a) pozyskanie danych z PODGiK, b) pozyskanie danych o budynkach spoza PODGiK, c) terenowa weryfikacja oraz geodezyjny pomiar sytuacyjny budynków, d) opracowanie wyników prac oraz uzupełnienie RBD, e) wprowadzenie wyników prac do kopii BDPZGiK i do BDPZGiK, f) harmonizacja baz danych BDOT500 i GESUT, g) wprowadzenie wyników prac do kopii BDPZGiK i do BDPZGiK, h) walidacja plików GML oraz poprawa pozostałych błędów, i) kontrola opracowania i odbiór prac Etapu 2. 3. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia i wymagania zamawiającego zostały opisane w złączniku nr 12 do SWZ (Warunki Techniczne). 4. UWAGA!!!!!! Warunki Techniczne zostały opracowane dla wybranych jednostek ewidencyjnych Powiatu dąbrowskiego: Mędrzechów bez obrębu Mędrzechów, Olesno oraz Szczucin - obszar wiejski. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest tylko jednostka ewidencyjna Szczucin - obszar wiejski.
