Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa polegająca na wykonaniu okresowej kontroli rocznej, obejmującej swoim zakresem sprawdzenie stanu technicznego wynikające z art. 62 ust. 1 pkt 1 ustawy z dnia 7 lipca 1994 r. - Prawo budowlane (Dz. U. z 2025 r. poz. 418) na potrzeby okresowej oceny stanu technicznego i stanu bezpieczeństwa budowli hydrotechnicznych na podstawie art. 189, ust. 4 ustawy Prawo wodne z dnia 20 lipca 2017 r. (Dz.U. z 2024 r., poz. 1087 z późn. zm.) wraz z wykonaniem okresowej kontroli 5-letniej stanu technicznego zgodnie z art. 62 ust. 1 pkt 2 ustawy z dnia 7 lipca 1994 r. - Prawo budowlane (Dz. U. z 2025 r. poz. 418) obejmującej swoim zakresem sprawdzenie stanu technicznego wynikające z art. 62 ust. 1 pkt 1 (kontrola okresowa roczna) ustawy z dnia 7 lipca 1994 r. - Prawo budowlane (Dz. U. z 2025 r. poz. 418) obiektów budowlanych na terenie działania ZZ Leszno w tym: budowli piętrzących (jazów, zastawek), obwałowań rzek, przepompowni, budynków na obiektach i magazynu przeciwpowodziowego w Luboszycach wraz ze sporządzeniem protokołów z wykonanych kontroli okresowych.
