Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zaprojektowanie, wdrożenie, utrzymanie i rozwój nowego serwisu internetowego dla Uniwersytetu Marii Curie-Skłodowskiej w Lublinie. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia, w tym etapy realizacji projektu zawiera załącznik nr 1 do Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia (dalej SWZ). Zamawiający przed wszczęciem przedmiotowego postępowania przeprowadził wstępne konsultacje rynkowe, zgodnie z art. 84 ust. 1 ustawy Prawo zamówień publicznych, w celu przygotowania postępowania i poinformowania Wykonawców o swoich planach i wymaganiach dotyczących zamówienia.
