Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest udostępnienie przez Wykonawcę Konsultantów, którzy będą realizować na rzecz Zamawiającego Usługi z zakresu IT. Konsultanci z branży IT zobowiązani są posiadać określone kompetencje i doświadczenie oraz spełniać wymagania, które umożliwią wykonanie prac w ramach Umowy zawartej zgodnie ze wzorem stanowiącym Załącznik Nr 9 do SWZ . Zapotrzebowanie na ilość godzin pracy Konsultantów, wraz ze specyfikacją tychże prac, określać będzie każdorazowo Zlecenie. Rozliczenie Zleceń będzie realizowane w modelu „Time&Material”. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest udostępnić Zamawiającemu Konsultantów w maksymalnym wymiarze godzinowym nie większym niż 20 000 roboczogodzin łącznie - w ramach zamówienia podstawowego oraz nie większym niż 10 000 roboczogodzin łącznie - w ramach prawa opcji. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera Załącznik Nr 1 do SWZ - Opis przedmiotu zamówienia (dalej „OPZ”).
