Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zapewnienie przez Wykonawcę wsparcia dla urządzeń na następujące okresy, zgodnie z datami zakończenia dotychczasowego okresu wsparcia, tj.: 1.1. od 12.10.2026 r. do 11.10.2030 r. - dla urządzeń wymienionych w pkt 1-4 definicji urządzeń zawartej w projekcie umowy stanowiącym Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ; 1.2. od 22.12.2026 r. do 21.12.2030 r. - dla urządzeń wymienionych w pkt 5-23 definicji urządzeń zawartej w projekcie umowy stanowiącym Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ; 1.3. od 1.01.2027 r. do 31.12.2030 r. - dla urządzeń wymienionych w pkt 24-34 definicji urządzeń zawartej w projekcie umowy stanowiącym Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ; 1.4. od 18.01.2027 r. do 17.01.2031 r. - dla urządzeń wymienionych w pkt 35-38 definicji urządzeń zawartej w projekcie umowy stanowiącym Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ. 2. Wsparcie dla Urządzeń będzie realizowane w następujących po sobie okresach, z których każdy odpowiada okresowi 365 dni, a w przypadku gdy obejmuje rok przestępny - 366 dni. 3. W przypadku braku możliwości zapewnienia Wsparcia ze strony Wykonawcy, od dat rozpoczęcia wskazanych w ust. 1, pierwszy okres Wsparcia rozpoczyna się z dniem faktycznego zapewnienia Wsparcia, przy czym nie wcześniej niż od dat wskazanych w ust. 1, a kolejne okresy są wyznaczane jako bezpośrednio następujące po sobie okresy, o których mowa w ust. 2. 4. Szczegółowy opis oraz sposób realizacji zamówienia został opisany w projekcie umowy stanowiący Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ.
