Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: świadczenie usług doradczych w zakresie realizacji projektu: „Budowa i wdrożenie Systemu Eksploracji Danych Biznesowych (SEDB) w ZUS” zarówno na etapie postępowania o udzielenie zamówienia publicznego prowadzonego w trybie dialogu konkurencyjnego, znak postępowania: 993200.271.168.2025-DZP, jak i podczas realizacji umowy zawartej w wyniku rozstrzygnięcia ww. postępowania. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty został w Załączniku nr 2 do SWZ - Opis przedmiotu zamówienia (OPZ). Zamawiający zastrzega, że nie może istnieć konflikt interesów pomiędzy Wykonawcą lub osobami wskazanymi w Załączniku nr 8 do SWZ a wykonawcami zakwalifikowanymi oraz podmiotami udostępniającymi zasoby tym wykonawcom do etapu dialogu w postępowaniu na „Budowę, wdrożenie i utrzymanie Systemu Eksploracji Danych Biznesowych (SEDB) w ZUS” (znak postępowania 993200.271.168.2025-DZP). Wykonawca składając ofertę oświadcza w Formularzu ofertowym (pkt 3.13 Załącznika nr 1 do SWZ) brak istnienia konfliktu interesów. Zamawiający poprzez platformę zakupową poinformuje o prawomocnie zakwalifikowanych do etapu dialogu w postępowaniu na „Budowę, wdrożenie i utrzymanie Systemu Eksploracji Danych Biznesowych (SEDB) w ZUS” (znak postępowania 993200.271.168.2025-DZP) Wykonawcach oraz podmiotach udostępniających zasoby tym Wykonawcom. Informacja ta nie będzie traktowana jako modyfikacja. Szczegółowe zapisy dot. konfliktu interesów zostały zawarte w SWZ.
