Przedmiotem Umowy jest sprawowanie przez Wykonawcę obsługi serwisowej oraz bieżącego nadzoru nad użytkowanym zintegrowanym Systemem informatycznym (wraz z mechanizmami integrującymi poszczególne moduły systemu) w zakresie i na zasadach określonych: Pakiet nr 1 a) dla Systemu Szpitalnego - w Załączniku „1” do SWZ b) dla Systemu Laboratoryjnego - w Załączniku „2” do SWZ c) dla Systemu Administracyjnego - w Załączniku „3” do SWZ oraz w projekcie umowy serwisowej, stanowiącej załącznik nr 8 do SWZ. Pakiet nr 2 a) dla systemu CATO oraz w projekcie umowy serwisowej, stanowiącej załącznik nr 11 do SWZ.
