Zawarta umowa umożliwi pozyskanie usług mających na celu zapewnienie nieprzerwanego działania oraz dalszy rozwój systemu PROK-SYS, stałe utrzymanie oraz regularne aktualizacje poszczególnych komponentów aplikacyjnych. Usługi utrzymania obejmą regularne monitorowanie systemu, konserwację oraz reagowanie na wszelkie awarie i problemy techniczne oraz przeprowadzanie audytów bezpieczeństwa oraz wydajności.
