1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest rozbudowa użytkowanych przez Zamawiającego systemów HIS oraz RIS i PACS (CGM Clininet HIS, OpenCare) o Moduł EDM oraz Moduł RIS/PACS - PUI CeZ, w tym wdrożenie rozwiązań integracyjnych, co stanowi element działań podejmowanych przez Zamawiającego w ramach realizacji przedsięwzięcia finansowanego ze środków KPO. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia został określony w OPZ (załącznik nr 1 do SWZ) oraz we wzorze umowy (załącznik nr 2 do SWZ).
