1. Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia jest dostawa sprzętu ICT i oprogramowania służącego do informatyzacji i cyfryzacji Szpitala wraz z powiązanymi usługami integracji w ramach realizacji przedsięwzięcia finansowanego ze środków Krajowego Planu Odbudowy i Zwiększania Odporności (KPO) w ramach inwestycji D1.1.2 Przyspieszenie procesów transformacji cyfrowej ochrony zdrowia poprzez dalszy rozwój usług cyfrowych w ochronie zdrowia w trybie konkurencyjnym. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia został określony w OPZ (Załącznik nr 1 do Zaproszenia) oraz we wzorze umowy (Załącznik nr 2 do Zaproszenia).
