1. Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia jest rozbudowa użytkowanego przez Zamawiającego systemu HIS (CGM Clininet HIS) o Moduł EDM oraz systemów RIS i PACS (CGM Clininet HIS lub OpenCare) o Moduł RIS/PACS - PUI CeZ, w tym wdrożenie rozwiązań integracyjnych, co stanowi element działań podejmowanych przez Zamawiającego w ramach realizacji przedsięwzięcia finansowanego ze środków KPO. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia został określony w OPZ (załącznik nr 1 do Zaproszenia) oraz we wzorze umowy (załącznik nr 2 do Zaproszenia).
