Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa utrzymania systemu informatycznego Krajowego Punktu Dostępowego (KPD) do informacji o warunkach ruchu. Ponadto w ramach zamówienia wprowadzone zostaną modyfikacje zapewniające zgodność KPD z aktami delegowanymi Unii Europejskiej. Możliwy będzie także rozwój systemu w związku z identyfikowanymi potrzebami w toku realizacji umowy. Funkcjonalność KPD służy głównie publicznym zarządcom dróg, koncesjonariuszom autostrad płatnych, dostawcom usług i nadawcom specjalizującym się w przekazywaniu informacji o ruchu, którzy dostarczają kierowcom i innym użytkownikom dróg informacje o utrudnieniach w ruchu drogowym. KPD działa w modelu usługowym - usługa świadczona przez Wykonawcę na rzecz Generalnej Dyrekcji Dróg Krajowych i Autostrad. Generalna Dyrekcja Dróg Krajowych i Autostrad użytkuje KPD w modelu SaaS (ang. Software as a Service). KPD udostępnia dla Dostawców i Odbiorców Danych usługę pobierania i dodawania danych o utrudnieniach ruchu na drogach. KPD korzysta z usługi danych plikowych udostępnianych przez GDDKiA.
