Description
Przedmiot Zamówienia obejmuje zaprojektowanie, dostawę, montaż, uruchomienie oraz przekazanie do eksploatacji lokalnego węzła LFC (ang. Load Frequency Control) oraz SOWE (Systemu Operatywnej Współpracy z Elektrowniami) na stacji GPO farmy wiatrowej Pelplin 2 wraz z wsparciem podczas przygotowania obiektu i dostosowania go do pełnego dysponowania przez OSP i kwalifikacji świadczenia usług mocy bilansujących zgodnie ze standardami Polskich Sieci Energetycznych S.A i aktualną Instrukcją Ruchu I Eksploatacji Sieci Przesyłowej (IRiESP) na dzień realizacji inwestycji.
