1.Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie obsługi serwisowej, wsparcia technicznego, nadzoru nad oprogramowaniem i infrastrukturą oraz pełnienie całodobowego dyżuru serwisowego systemu teleinformatycznego pn. Zintegrowana Platforma Wymiany Danych, w zakresie i na warunkach określonych w Opisie przedmiotu zamówienia stanowiącym Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ oraz w projektowanych postanowieniach umowy stanowiącym Załącznik nr 3 do SWZ. 2.PROCEDURA ODWRÓCONA! JEDZ TYLKO OD WYKONAWCY OFERTY NAJWYŻEJ OCENIONEJ! Na podstawie art. 139 ust. 2 ustawy, przed wyborem najkorzystniejszej oferty Zamawiający wezwie Wykonawcę, którego oferta została najwyżej oceniona, do złożenia w wyznaczonym terminie, oświadczenia, że nie podlegał wykluczeniu oraz spełniał warunki udziału w postępowaniu na dzień złożenia oferty.
