Opis przedmiotu zamówienia, warunki jego realizacji oraz obowiązki Wykonawcy zawierają: 1) OPZ, stanowiący Załącznik nr 9 do SWZ, 2) PPU, stanowiące Załącznik nr 8 do SWZ, 3) Opis zasad przygotowania, przeprowadzenia i oceny próbki funkcjonalnej, stanowiący Załącznik nr 10 do SWZ. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest „Kompleksowa usługa wdrożenia Uniwersyteckiego Systemu Obsługi Studiów (USOS) wraz z aplikacjami stowarzyszonymi oraz dostosowaniem procesów administracyjnych do potrzeb Akademii Wychowania Fizycznego i Sportu im.
