1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest odbieranie i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych pochodzących od właścicieli nieruchomości zamieszkałych z terenu gminy Trzebownisko w okresie od 01.01.2026 - 31.12.2026. 4. Na kompletną ofertę składają się (obligatoryjnie): 1) Oferta sporządzona zgodnie ze wzorem Załącznika nr 1 do SWZ-Formularz oferty. Inne dokumenty lub oświadczenia składane wraz z ofertą: 3)Oświadczenie w formie Jednolitego Europejskiego Dokumentu Zamówienia - wg załącznik nr 2 do SWZ; 4) Oświadczenie, wg załącznika nr 7 do SWZ - o ile dotyczy; 5) Oświadczenie o braku przesłanek wykluczenia wg załącznika nr 8 do SWZ. 6) Pełnomocnictwo lub inny dokument potwierdzający umocowanie do reprezentowania wykonawcy/ wykonawców wspólnie ubiegający się o udzielenie zamówienia publicznego/ podmiotu udostępniającego zasoby na zasadach określonych w art. 118 ustawy - o ile dotyczy. 7)Klauzula informacyjna wynikająca z art.13 RODO w przypadku zbierania danych osobowych bezpośrednio od osoby fizycznej, której dane dotyczą, w celu związanym z postępowaniem o udzielenie zamówienia publicznego zawarta w SWZ Rozdz.XXIX.
