1. Zawarcie Umowy ramowej obejmującej odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów o kodzie 19 12 12 o poniższych parametrach: a) frakcja powyżej 340 mm, b) wartość opałowa do do 14.000 kJ /kg c) masa odpadu 2 000 Mg. 2. Szacunkowa ilość odpadu o kodzie 19 12 12, która zostanie przekazana Wykonawcy w okresie obowiązywania umowy nie przekroczy 2 000 Mg, ale nie będzie niższa niż 1 500 Mg Ciąg dalszy OPZ w SWZ ROZDZIAŁ I pkt. II 1. Zawarcie Umowy ramowej obejmującej odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów o kodzie 19 12 12 o poniższych parametrach: a) frakcja powyżej 340 mm, b) wartość opałowa do do 14.000 kJ /kg c) masa odpadu 2 000 Mg. 2. Szacunkowa ilość odpadu o kodzie 19 12 12, która zostanie przekazana Wykonawcy w okresie obowiązywania umowy nie przekroczy 2 000 Mg, ale nie będzie niższa niż 1 500 Mg. 3. Rzeczywista ilość przekazanego do zagospodarowania odpadu wg zapotrzebowania Zamawiającego.
