Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest ubezpieczenie majątku od wszystkich ryzyk (All Risk), szyb i innych przedmiotów szklanych od stłuczenia oraz odpowiedzialności cywilnej Zamawiającego okresie od 01.07.2026 roku do 30.06.2028 roku. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. 3. Zamawiający gwarantuje Wykonawcy realizację usług o wartości nie mniejszej niż 75% wartości wskazanej w § 5 ust. 1 umowy. Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo do nie zrealizowania zamówienia podstawowego. Wykonawca nie będzie wysuwał w stosunku do Zamawiającego żadnych roszczeń z tego tytułu. 4. Zamawiający nie wymaga osobistego wykonania przez wykonawcę kluczowych zadań. 5. Wykonawca może powierzyć wykonanie części zamówienia podwykonawcy. W takim przypadku Zamawiający żąda wskazania przez wykonawcę, w ofercie, części zamówienia, których wykonanie zamierza powierzyć podwykonawcom, oraz podania nazw ewentualnych podwykonawców, jeżeli są już znani. 6. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zrealizować zamówienie na zasadach i warunkach opisanych we wzorze umowy stanowiącym Załącznik nr 5 do SWZ.
