1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa dozoru RD Leszno w okresie od 1.01.2027 do 31.12.2028 2. Zamawiający informuje, iż zgodnie z art. 139 ust. 1 ustawy PZP, w prowadzonym postępowaniu, Zamawiający najpierw dokona badania i oceny ofert, a następnie dokona kwalifikacji podmiotowej Wykonawcy, którego oferta została najwyżej oceniona w zakresie braku podstaw wykluczenia oraz spełnienia warunków udziału w postępowaniu. 3. Zamawiający zaleca przeprowadzenie wizji lokalnej w celu szczegółowego zapoznania się z miejscem realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia.
