Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa dodatkowych licencji oraz wdrożenie rozbudowy HIS AMMS+ wraz z nadzorem autorskim i serwisem. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia z podaniem ilości, asortymentu i parametrów zawierają załączniki do Zaproszenia - Formularz cenowy, Specyfikacja techniczna oraz Istotne postanowienia umowy. 3. Przedmiot niniejszego postępowania zaplanowano do realizacji w ramach wniosku o dofinansowanie projektu z Krajowego Planu Odbudowy i Zwiększania Odporności w ramach inwestycji D1.1.2 „Przyspieszenie procesów transformacji cyfrowej ochrony zdrowia poprzez dalszy rozwój usług cyfrowych w ochronie zdrowia". Zgodnie z art. 17 Rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2020/852 z dnia 18 czerwca 2020 r., realizacja zamówienia musi być zgodna z zasadą DNSH, tj. „niewyrządzania znaczącej szkody środowisku” (ang. DNSH „Do No Significant Harm”) nie może powodować znaczących szkód w odniesieniu do sześciu celów środowiskowych określonych w tym rozporządzeniu Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa dodatkowych licencji oraz wdrożenie rozbudowy HIS AMMS+ wraz z nadzorem autorskim i serwisem zgodnie z wymaganiami określonymi w: 1) Formularzu cenowym 2) Specyfikacji technicznej
