Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa licencji Systemu HIS, wdrożenie Systemu HIS oraz świadczenie przez Wykonawcę na rzecz Zamawiającego usług gwarancji i opieki serwisowej w zakresie eksploatacji posiadanego, rozbudowywanego i modernizowanego Systemu HIS, wdrożonego przez Wykonawcę, zgodnie z zakresem wyszczególnionym w opisie przedmiotu zamówienia stanowiącym załącznik nr 1 do specyfikacji warunków zamówienia (dalej SWZ).
