Description

1. Zamówienie obejmuje wykonanie w 2027 roku badań terenowych entomologicznych w obszarze Natura 2000 Góry Stołowe (PLH020004) poza terenem Parku Narodowego Gór Stołowych oraz opracowanie dokumentacji inwentaryzacji w ramach realizacji projektu pn. „Aktualizacja planów zadań ochronnych dla obszarów Natura 2000 wraz z prowadzeniem monitoringów”, w szczególności: 1) opracowanie harmonogramu prac terenowych; 2) wykonanie w terenie inwentaryzacji entomologicznej; 3) przeprowadzenie oceny stanu ochrony badanych gatunków; 4) opracowanie dokumentacji inwentaryzacji: a) kart obserwacji z uwzględnieniem: • rzeczywistej i referencyjnej oceny stanu ochrony badanych gatunków, • zagrożeń istniejących i potencjalnych, • działań ochronnych, w tym monitoringu; b) negatywnych kart obserwacji (jeśli dotyczy); c) podsumowania badań; d) danych przestrzennych w postaci cyfrowych warstw informacyjnych (GIS); e) dokumentacji fotograficznej badanych gatunków; 5) udział w maksymalnie dwóch spotkaniach Zespołu Lokalnej Współpracy; 6) przygotowanie wniosku o wprowadzenie zmian w Standardowym Formularzu Danych (SDF) obszaru wraz z propozycją zmienionego SDF. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia nie jest podzielony na zadania częściowe. 3. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia ujęto w załączniku nr 1 do specyfikacji. 4. Zamawiający przewiduje konieczność przeniesienia praw własności intelektualnej do wykonanego przedmiotu zamówienia. Szczegółowy opis warunków umownych ujęto w projekcie umowy stanowiącym załącznik nr 2 do specyfikacji.
