Description
1. Przedmiotem negocjacji będzie ustalenie warunków przyszłej umowy w sprawie zamówienia w dziedzinach obronności i bezpieczeństwa na Usługę - modyfikacja oprogramowania HMS C3IS JAŚMIN, zgodnie z „Opisem przedmiotu zamówienia”. 2. Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość skorzystania z prawa opcji (art. 31 ust. 2 uPzp) polegającego na możliwości zwiększenia podstawowego pakietu przedmiotu zamówienia określonego w „Opisie przedmiotu zamówienia”, maksymalnie o pakiet/pakiety opcjonalny/opcjonalne przedmiotu zamówienia określony/określone w „Opisie przedmiotu zamówienia”.
