Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usługi wsparcia technicznego dla eksploatowanego przez Zamawiającego systemu informatycznego QNTemida pracującego w środowisku Microsoft Windows, użytkowanego przez Zamawiającego. 2. Szczegółowy zakres przedmiotu zamówienia określa Projekt umowy - Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ oraz Opis przedmiotu zamówienia - Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ (Załącznik nr 1 do projektu umowy).
