1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa, instalacja i wdrożenie gotowego zintegrowanego systemu bibliotecznego typu open source* wraz z migracją danych dla Centrali Głównej Biblioteki Lekarskiej w Warszawie oraz 17 Oddziałów Terenowych GBL, zgodnie ze wszystkimi wymaganiami i warunkami realizacji zamówienia określonymi w Szczegółowym opisie przedmiotu zamówienia (dalej: OPZ) oraz Projektowanych Postanowieniach Umowy (dalej: PPU), które stanowią załączniki do SWZ. * Przez oprogramowanie open source tj. otwarte oprogramowanie należy rozumieć typ oprogramowania komputerowego, którego kod źródłowy udostępniany jest na mocy licencji umożliwiającej użytkownikom analizowanie, modyfikowanie oraz rozpowszechnianie programu zgodnie z zasadami licencji wolnego oprogramowania. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia (dalej OPZ), zawierający opis minimalnych wymagań w danej części stanowi załącznik nr 2 do SWZ. 3. Zamówienie musi być zrealizowane w całości zgodnie z wymaganiami określonymi w SWZ, OPZ oraz projektowanych postanowieniach umowy (dalej: PPU), które stanowią załączniki do SWZ.
