Description

1. Przedmiotem Zamówienia są „Prace przedprojektowe dla przedłużenia linii M2 w kierunku Ursusa”. 2. Przedmiot Zamówienia zostanie wykonany w następujących Etapach: 1) Etap I - Projekt Koncepcyjny - Raport wstępny; 2) Etap II - Karta informacyjna przedsięwzięcia; 3) Etap III - Ustalenie stref wpływu budowy obiektów metra na zabudowę sąsiadującą; 4) Etap IV - Ocena stanu budynków w strefach wpływu budowy obiektów metra; 5) Etap V - Analiza wpływu drgań i obciążeń dynamicznych na konstrukcje budynków i ludzi w nich przebywających; 6) Etap VI - Dokumentacja Hydrogeologiczna i Geologiczno-Inżynierska; 7) Etap VII - Program funkcjonalno-użytkowy wraz z załącznikami. 3. Szczegółowy zakres Przedmiotu Zamówienia określony został w Opisie Przedmiotu Zamówienia oraz w załącznikach do OPZ, stanowiącymi załącznik nr 1 do SWZ (dalej: „OPZ”). 4. Przedmiot Zamówienia zostanie zrealizowany zgodnie z dokumentacją postępowania, tj.: Specyfikacją Warunków Zamówienia i jej załącznikami, w szczególności OPZ oraz wzorem umowy (załącznik nr 2 do Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia).
